Notarysubstitute, Investment, Corporate Finance and Stock Exchange Law Specialist Csaba Raus Dr. graduated from the University of Pécs where he received a cum laude degree as a lawyer in 2014. He joined our office the same year. He was a trainee notary from 2014 to June 2018, and he has been acting as a notarysubstitute since the successful completion of his bar exams in 2018. He received a post-gradual degree (LL.M.) at Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law in investment, corporate finance and stock exchange law and at the University of Pécs Faculty of Law in judicial enforcement law. The main fields of his interest are foreign public documents and structured finance transactions. He is a qualified to conduct legal negotiations in English and he is entitled to act in English (he has a licence to act in English according to the Act on Civil Law Notaries).

Csaba is the president of the Association of Hungarian Notarysubstitutes and Trainee Notaries since 2022 which has around 300 members.
